Shipping policy

Shipping Locations - We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time - All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates - We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the United States.

Delivery Timeframes - Delivery times vary depending on the product ordered. All orders include tracking so you can monitor your shipment's progress. Estimated delivery timeframes from the date of shipment are:

  • Standard delivery: 4-8 business days
  • Extended delivery: 6-11 business days
  • Long-range delivery: 8-14 business days

The specific delivery timeframe for your order will be indicated at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

Order Tracking - Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's delivery status.

Incorrect Addresses - Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses, and any reshipment fees due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer will be their responsibility.

Lost or Stolen Packages - Once tracking shows delivery, The Dreamery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  We are happy to help customers file claims with the carrier.

Damaged Items - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
