The Full Moon
It’s fitting, in its cosmic sense of humor, that this illumination arrives on April Fools’ Day—a day built on tricks, masks, and playful misdirection. While the world jokes in shadows, the moon does the opposite. It shines a light so clear you can’t help but see yourself honestly.
No tricks.
No disguises.
Just truth.
Under it’s glow, everything sharpens. The intentions you planted weeks ago finally reveal what they’ve been becoming. You have unapologetically bloomed with the moon.
This phase is often associated with clarity, culmination, emotional illumination, and release.
The full moon doesn’t ask you to be perfect. It asks you to be honest.
Under this bright lunar spotlight, you may notice:
Patterns you’ve outgrown.
Feelings you’ve been avoiding.
Desires you're finaly ready to admit.
Truths you’ve been whispering but not claiming.
And on April Fool's day, that clarity hits a little differently. It’s a reminder that the biggest “tricks” we fall for are often the ones we play on ourselves:
Pretending we’re fine when we’re overwhelmed.
Downplaying our dreams.
Shrinking to keep the peace.
Ignoring what we truly want.
The moon calls your bluff. Over the past few weeks I’m sure you have begun to feel these emotions during your growth. It is now time to reveal and release.
Here is a simple practice to help you work with this emotional and illuminating energy:
1. Sit with the mirror.
Fi Find a quiet moment and close your eyes. Ask yourself, what truth is ready to be seen? Open your eyes and let the answer rise without judgement.
2. Write down what’s been revealed.
Let the page hold what your heart has been carrying.
a. This could be a habit you're ready to release.
b. A desire you’re ready to claim.
c. A boundary you need to set.
d. A feeling you're finally acknowledging.
3. Release what no longer fits.
4. Turn the page, burn it safely, or simply close the journal with intention. The act matters more than the method.
5. Affirm your clarity.
6. Speak to yourself in the mirror.
a. I honor what is true for me
b. I release what no longer aligns
c. I see myself clearly and lovingly
d. Let the words settle into your body.
After the Full Moon Integration
As the moon begins to wane, you’ll have space to integrate wht you’ve learned. Let the end of the cycle be a moment of truth that guides your path forward.
Remember, the light reveals, not judges.
The full moon doesn’t expose you to shame you, it illuminates you so you can grow. And on a day known for pranks and playful illusions, the moon offers the opposite: a rare moment of cosmic sincerity.
No fooling—you’ve become someone clearer, braver, and more aligned than ever!
Closing the Cycle: What the Moon has Been Teaching you all Along
As this lunar cycle comes full circle, you’ve moved through every phase of becoming—seed, struggle, refinement, revelation. Each moon has offered its own lesson, its own rhythm, its own invitation to grow in ways both subtle and profound.
The New Moon asked you to trust beginnings you couldn’t yet see.
The First Quarter asked you to meet resistance with courage.
The Waxing Gibbous asked you to refine what matters.
And the Full Moon asks you now to see yourself clearly, lovingly, without distortion.
Together, these phases form a quiet map of transformation—one that doesn’t demand perfection, only presence. One that reminds you that growth is cyclical, not linear. One that honors the truth that you are always becoming, even when you feel still.
As the moon begins to wane in the days ahead, let this clarity settle into your soul and let what you’ve learned guide you gently forward
I am proud of you for your journey.
You have reached the turning point. Are you brave enough to try it again and realize even more intention? Life is a cycle, just like the moon. There is always room to grow. You can complete this journey as many times as you wish, and The Dreamery will be here to support you.
